Marine Grade Lumber and Plywood
Situated 4 miles from Grand Traverse Bay in the heart of the Great Lakes region, Rare Earth Hardwoods stocks a wide range of wood products for the marine enthusiast. Marine plywood, boat decking, planking and many species of marine lumber are in stock for prompt shipment. Custom planing, re-sawing and millwork services are available in our modern facility.
Marine lumber in stock includes African Mahogany, Ash, Ipe, Jatoba, Purpleheart, Spanish Cedar, Teak, and White Oak in a large variety of thickness. Both the Mahogany and Teak are available as 1/8” x 2” random length vertical grain decking.
Marine plywood in stock consists of Fir, Genuine Mahogany, Philippine Mahogany and Okoume. We also stock Teak veneer plywood.
